Return Window

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for:

  • Books with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made after 15 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time to process.
  3. Reach out to your bank as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
